Overview
The postgraduate in palliative care gives practical approaches for working with people nearing the end of life and their families. It suits health workers who have little experience with death, who want to work more closely with other care disciplines, or who want to share their experience. The full programme carries 20 credits, but single teaching days can be attended as continuing education with an attendance certificate. A two-day continuing course on complementary care for quality of life in incurable illness is also offered. The programme is open to people with a graduate, bachelor or master diploma.
