Overview
Technological Engineering is an accredited doctoral programme offered by the Faculty of Technology of the University of Banja Luka since the 2025/26 academic year. The faculty presents it as the natural continuation of second-cycle studies, and it is described as fully aligned with the European Qualifications Framework level for the title of doctor of science.
The programme is intended for students who have completed master's studies in one of the Faculty of Technology programmes, as well as those who hold a qualification in the scientific areas for which the faculty is responsible or in areas related to technological engineering.
Students follow one of four elective modules: Graphic Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering and Industrial Biotechnologies, and Textile Technologies and Engineering. Completing the studies and defending a doctoral dissertation lead to the doctoral degree.
