Transportation and Customs is an Ontario College Diploma at Sheridan College's Hazel McCallion Campus covering how goods move across borders and around the world. Students build practical knowledge in customs documentation, tariff classification, valuation, Incoterms, freight forwarding, and multimodal transportation planning used throughout global supply chains. The program is offered in a traditional two-year format beginning in September, with a spring/summer break, or as a 16-month accelerated format beginning in January with consecutive semesters. It is Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP) aligned. Graduates are prepared for roles such as customs coordinator, freight forwarder, trade compliance assistant, and logistics coordinator within import/export, freight, and trade-compliance sectors. Admission requires an Ontario Secondary School Diploma including Grade 12 English and Grade 11 or 12 Mathematics, or mature student status, with selection based on an applicant's six highest senior-level credits.
