Bachelor of Engineering (Civil Engineering) - Co-op Program

This program leads to a Bachelor of Engineering in civil engineering under the co-operative education (co-op) regime, delivered in person at the Moncton campus over five years and 234 credits. It shares its core civil engineering curriculum with the regular (non-co-op) degree while adding four mandatory paid work terms of 12 to 16 weeks, integrated throughout the program so students apply classroom learning in real workplace settings and clarify their career direction before graduating. Students are normally expected to finish by the summer of their fourth year once co-op terms are included. As with the Faculty of Engineering's other bachelor's programs, it is accredited by the Canadian Engineering Accreditation Board (BCAPG), a requirement for graduates who want to become licensed professional engineers in Canada.
