Program details

Overview

Byggekoordinator is a two-year vocational academy programme for students who want to coordinate and optimise construction processes so that building projects succeed. Students learn to analyse, assess and secure collaboration between the different trades involved in a building project. The programme also covers reading tender documents, planning a trade contract, choosing solutions for planning and resource use, and the basics of running a business. Teaching uses concrete company cases. In the fourth semester students complete a ten-week internship in a company in Denmark or abroad, guided by a placement supervisor who helps them apply what they have learned. Students are responsible for finding their placement, and EK's internship coordinator assists with practical questions.

Requirements
