Social Entrepreneurship and Management

Graduates of this programme are prepared to lead processes of social innovation and entrepreneurship within socially oriented businesses, civil society groups and other bodies tackling social and environmental problems at local, national and international scale. The curriculum addresses issues arising from globalisation and shifts within established welfare systems, which increasingly call for new approaches and solutions rather than established models. Training covers roles such as analyst, consultant, manager and personnel manager, along with the skills needed to guide innovation processes inside organisations. Career paths extend across the third sector as well as public and private organisations operating both domestically and internationally, positioning graduates to combine entrepreneurial thinking with organisational management in contexts oriented toward social impact rather than purely commercial goals.
