Digital Product Management MBA

The Digital Product Management MBA is taught in English at Estonian Business School in Tallinn and runs for one or two years, equal to 60 or 120 ECTS. It prepares managers to build, develop and lead digital products and to turn technology into business value. The first year concentrates on digital product management: discovery and strategy, design and development, and operations and process management. Participants work through capstone projects that run from strategy to launch and to delivery, using themes such as user research, UX design, agile methods supported by AI, and data-driven decision making. The second year covers core management studies including financial and managerial accounting. Classes are session-based, meeting on alternate Fridays and Saturdays, with occasional Thursday lectures. Applicants need a bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 3 years in management or team lead roles and English at B2 level; the award is a Master in Business Administration.
