Strategic Management MBA

The Strategic Management MBA at Estonian Business School is taught in English in Tallinn and can be completed in one or two years, which corresponds to 60 or 120 ECTS. It is designed for managers who want to see the wider picture, make better-founded decisions and lead growth as conditions change. Sessions are held on alternate Fridays and Saturdays, so participants can study while working, and coursework is tied to real management challenges from their own organisations. The first year covers core studies such as financial and managerial accounting, strategic marketing, managerial economics, emerging technologies and operations and project management. In the second year students choose microdegrees or spend a semester at a partner university. Applicants need a bachelor's degree or equivalent, managerial or team leadership experience of at least 3 years and English at B2 level. Graduates receive a Master in Business Administration award.
