FNU's dual-major Bachelor of Commerce, combining Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations and Information Systems, runs as a three-year, 360-credit-point programme taught on the Nasinu, Labasa, Namaka and Ba campuses. Per the programme page, it is built to leave graduates able to manage workplace relations effectively, give sound employment advice and make considered decisions on industrial relations and human-resources matters for an organisation.
Entry follows a Year 13 pass, scoring at least 200 of 400 marks with a minimum of 50% in English. FNU's Foundation Studies route, completed at a GPA of 3 or above, is an alternative way in, while mature-age applicants who fall short of the usual years of schooling may still enrol on relevant work experience, subject to Dean approval. A 4-month industrial placement follows once 50% of the coursework is cleared.
