The MSc Management des Ressources Humaines à distance is a fully online INSEEC programme taught in French for professionals who design and steer HR strategy. It covers key HR levers including labour law, talent management, social dialogue and skills development, and addresses organisational transformation, social performance, CSR, quality of working life and HR digitalisation. The MSc is certified at RNCP level 7 as an HR manager.
Year one (60 ECTS, 403 hours) covers business strategy, dashboards, labour law, applied Excel for HR and an introduction to CSR. Year two (60 ECTS, 406 hours) covers HR strategy and social auditing, employer branding, diversity and ethics, and pay policy and payroll management. The MSc totals 120 ECTS. Applicants are selected on file and interview, and each skill block needs at least 10/20.
