Overview

The MSc Manager du Luxe & Expérience Client prepares students for luxury marketing, retail and customer experience management. Year one covers marketing strategy, consumer behaviour and digital, with budget tools, business English and negotiation. Year two develops brand management, merchandising and steering of the customer experience in luxury, including market focus and marketing strategy. The MSc is certified at RNCP level 7 as a customer experience marketing manager. Each year carries 60 ECTS, for 120 ECTS overall. The programme is offered in initial or work-study form, with practice linked to prestigious luxury houses. Each skill block requires at least 10/20 with no partial validation. The next intake is in February or March 2027.

Admission Requirements: Bac+3 (180 ECTS) in marketing, communication, fashion, design, management or humanities (licence, licence professionnelle, Bachelor or BUT).
