Overview

The CUPGE is a three-year preparatory cycle for students who aim to join a business school directly in its second year. Alongside the Economics and Management modules of the Licence, it adds specific teaching in mathematics, modern languages, general culture and contemporary history, five hours a week, plus non-language courses taught in English. The programme can include one semester abroad. Its theoretical core in economics builds fundamental knowledge and analytical skills. Students who finish the cycle complete their business-school training with more practical work, placements and closer contact with the professional world, preparing them for leadership roles such as company head, financial director or senior public official, or for further study.

Requirements

Admission Requirements: Selection is by application file, with the candidate's motivation letter weighed. Associative or international experience is a positive point but not required, and taste for sociability is a stated criterion. Admission is handled through the Parcoursup platform.
