Overview
The Banking and Financial Law master trains high-level young jurists in business law, with a focus on banking and finance, and on corporate engineering through mergers and acquisitions seminars. Teaching covers company law, the law of obligations and business contracts, developing analytical thinking. The team combines university academics and practitioners, and cohorts are deliberately small. The programme is demanding and practice-oriented, and it includes an internship and an international exchange option.
