Overview

The FESAPCA professional master trains company managers who combine high-level scientific training, especially in chemical analysis, with solid skills in formulation, regulation and sensory analysis. It serves the perfumery, cosmetics and food-aromatics industries and was ranked among the top ten science, technology and health masters in a 2018 Challenges ranking. The programme alternates two months in a company with two months of teaching across both years, with a placement of nearly five months between M1 and M2. Students learn about raw materials, including more than 250 odorant ingredients, and gain formulation and creation skills. Up to 22 students are admitted to each of three options: perfumery, cosmetics and food aromatics.

Admission Requirements: Bac+3 level validated before final admission. Written general-culture test (coefficient 1) in the chosen option. Interview with a mixed jury. Apprenticeship contract needed before the legal year ends. Up to 22 students per option.
