Overview

The GRH track (human resources management) builds a shared management base in the first year before specialising in HR in the second. It prepares future HR professionals and practising managers moving into HR, covering strategic as well as operational aspects. Students learn to formulate and implement a company's HR policy, a role that is increasingly generalist and leads toward HR director positions. The programme totals 804 hours over two years. Apprentices spend 402 hours per year in class and the rest of their time with employers. The track is also open directly to M2 for apprenticeship or continuing education. Master 1 requires a Licence 3 or Bac+3 in law, business, economics, management, accounting or humanities. Continuing-education applicants hold Bac+4 or an M1, or a lower diploma with validated experience.
