Overview

This two-year Master in Justice, Trials and Procedures prepares students for the competitive examinations of judicial professions, notably the École nationale de la magistrature (ENM). It provides a solid grounding in substantive and procedural law, including civil, criminal and public law, within an interdisciplinary approach to justice. Students practise the competition formats, including the synthesis note and general-knowledge papers. In the first year, a compulsory two-month internship runs alongside exam preparation. The second year deepens substantive and procedural law and adds written and oral practice for the competition, with current-affairs courses and intensive tutoring. The programme is designed for students who aim at judicial careers through the competitive route.
