— it helps other students.
This English-taught two-year master's, delivered in blended mode, prepares students to design technologies centred on people. The programme is rooted in cognitive science and combines theory and practice through design projects, collaborative learning and laboratories. Teaching is flexible and oriented to experimentation and active learning.
Students critically examine the cognitive, behavioural and social processes behind person-technology interaction. Topics include UX and interaction design, human factors, cognitive wellbeing and artificial intelligence, both as a design tool and in its cognitive and social impacts. Graduates can work in start-ups, technology firms, creative industries and consulting, or pursue advanced research. The award is a Laurea Magistrale (LM-55).
