The three-year bachelor's course in Civil and Environmental Engineering (class L-7) gives a flexible engineering profile with solid basic training and broad technical-scientific knowledge of civil works and environmental protection. Graduates can work in building and managing civil and environmental works, in bodies that protect the environment, and in natural and human-made risk mitigation and territorial planning.
Two pathways are offered in Potenza, Civil and Environment and Territory, and students choose one when enrolling in the third year. The course gives access to the master's degrees in Civil Engineering and in Engineering for the Environment and Territory. The award is the Laurea in Ingegneria Civile e Ambientale, which qualifies for Section B of the engineers' register.
