The Diploma in Culinary Management is a one-year, two-semester qualification from Maldives National University, pitched at MNQF Level 5. Teaching takes place at the Male campus in the evening, with full-time, part-time and blended study options so students can fit the course around work commitments. Admission is merit based, with the next intake opening in August 2026.
Entry is open to candidates who have completed higher secondary education with two A Level or HSC passes, who hold a related Level 4 qualification, or who have finished MNU Certificate 4 Foundation Studies.
