The Advanced Diploma in Culinary Management is a two-year, four-semester qualification offered by Maldives National University at MNQF Level 6. Classes are held at the Male campus in the evening, and students can study full time, part time or through blended learning, which gives working learners flexibility in how they complete the course. Entry for the current cycle opens with the August 2026 intake.
Candidates qualify for entry after finishing higher secondary education with two A Level or HSC passes, holding a related Level 4 qualification, or completing MNU Certificate 4 Foundation Studies. Applicants without that background can instead enter after an unrelated Level 4 qualification paired with MNU University Preparation Programme, or, from age 20, after finishing secondary school, building two years of relevant work experience and completing the same preparation route.
