Diploma in Business (Management)

Mandhu College's Diploma in Business, specialising in Management, is a one-year, 120-credit-point qualification delivered over two semesters through the college's Virtual Campus. The course covers core business units including management principles, quantitative methods, business communication, economics and marketing, giving students a broad introduction to how a business organisation operates and is managed at a day-to-day, technical level. It is designed as both a complete, employable qualification for school leavers moving quickly into the Maldivian job market and as the entry point into Mandhu College's longer Associate Degree and Bachelor of Business pathways in management for those who want to continue studying. Graduates are prepared for junior supervisory, administrative or coordination roles where a working understanding of management principles is useful but a full degree is not yet required. Entry is open to those who have completed Higher Secondary Education or hold a related Level 4 qualification, with a mature-entry route through Mandhu College's approved University Preparation Programme.
