MAPS Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management

This Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management is an MNQF Level 4 course offered by MAPS College for people who want a grounding in people management. Units include Principles of Human Resource Management, Recruitment and Selection, Workplace Learning and Development and The Business Environment, together with one optional unit. The course takes 1 academic year and carries 120 credits. Groups begin in January and July, and evening classes can be attended at the Male Campus or online. Assessment is by timed written examinations, with assignments and presentations in some subjects. Students can treat the certificate as a standalone credential, or move on to the MAPS Diploma, Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, to another business degree at the college, or to an ABE Level 4 Diploma.
