This three-year, on-campus Bachelor's degree from Villa College's Faculty of Educational Studies prepares teachers of mathematics and computer science for secondary and higher-secondary schools. The curriculum blends mathematical and computational content with pedagogical theory, innovative teaching approaches and modern technology, so graduates can present both disciplines clearly in the classroom.
As with Villa College's other teaching degrees, the course builds higher-order thinking and communication skills and encourages a reflective model of practice that is sensitive to student diversity. Core modules span subjects such as calculus, algebra, networks and database management alongside education theory, giving graduates the combined subject and teaching competence to lead secondary classrooms in mathematics and computer science.
