MBA Imagineering

This MBA responds to rapid change across organisations and society, covering areas such as digitisation, inclusivity, ethical questions, shifting role patterns and sustainability, and the complex challenges these changes present that cannot be solved through linear approaches. Students are equipped with strategies to initiate and navigate innovation and organisational transition, drawing on a combination of co-creation and design research methods to approach complex challenges from new angles. The programme also builds skills in driving innovation by motivating and inspiring others, applying what the programme terms an 'imagineering' mindset.
