MA/MS in DDM Economic Development and Growth (MEDEG)

The two-year double-degree programme begins with a first stage in Groningen as part of the MSc International Economics and Sustainable Development, after which students can apply to continue directly at Lund University in Sweden for the second stage, focusing throughout on the complexity of economic concerns in developing economies. It builds theoretical and quantitative tools for grasping key arguments running through economics and the other social sciences, together with specialised knowledge of the institutional context and historical legacies shaping developing economies, equipping students to engage with the full range of complexity in development issues.
