Overview

The master Publieke Inkoop trains professionals to use public procurement strategically to create social value, going beyond procedures and price. The programme covers sustainability, liveability and long-term value, and students learn to work across roles as client, procurement adviser or contract manager. Teaching combines interactive lectures with practice assignments linked to students' own tenders, and students develop products they can use at work. The course ends with an individual graduation project based on practice-oriented research. The award is a master degree at hbo level.

Admission Requirements: Work in the public procurement domain, either within a public organisation or a market party active in public tenders, with enough practical experience to carry out practice assignments.
