MA/MS in Management of Cultural Diversity

This track of the MA Culture Studies programme focuses on managing culturally diverse workforces within companies and organisations, researching topics such as multilingualism, gender inequality and intercultural competence. Teaching addresses societal challenges including equal opportunities in the labour market, within education and healthcare systems, and the participation of refugees in society, with students designing strategies, policies and interventions that tackle cultural diversity across healthcare, education and human-resources settings. The programme draws an intentionally diverse student body and uses an intensive, interactive approach built around discussion and analysis with peers and lecturers.
