Overview

The Strategic Management Master's is organised into three specialised tracks. The Business Development track builds expertise in spotting strategic growth opportunities, developing new business models and driving innovation within both established organisations and newer ventures. The Consultancy track develops the skills needed to advise firms on current strategic problems. The Leadership track focuses on building the ability to guide teams, shape decision-making and lead strategic change within fast-moving business settings.
