Master of Business Administration

The MBA is designed for applicants holding a bachelor's degree outside business administration who have at least three years of experience managing people or processes, with a good command of English and prior work in an international setting. It builds the skills needed for management positions across public and private sector organisations, from policy-making roles in large institutions to management positions in small and medium-sized companies. Coursework develops the ability to critically analyse and evaluate organisational developments in order to shape policies and solutions, to assess a company's strategic processes and vision, and to apply tools for innovating, optimising and restructuring those processes. Students also learn to read situations from an international perspective and adapt their approach to different macro and micro environments.
