Clinical Psychology is a two-semester programme of 60 ECTS credits in the Faculty of Social Sciences, intended for applicants who have already completed first-cycle studies. It offers advanced work in clinical psychology, psychological assessment and diagnosis, and evidence-informed intervention.
Students study research methods and statistics, cognitive-behavioural approaches, counselling, psychotherapy and crisis intervention. Further topics cover addictions, trauma, disorders that occur together, and clinical work with children and adolescents. Learning rests on case-based work, supervised academic tasks, practice in assessment, planning of interventions and a master's thesis, alongside lectures. Each semester carries 30 ECTS credits, giving a total of 60 over the academic year.
