Cert in Årsstudium i operativ ledelse

This online one-year programme introduces leadership in operational environments, where pace is high and decisions need both structure and situational judgement. Students study operational leadership, personnel management and HSE, communication and conflict in working life, labour law, change and reorganisation, team leadership and project management. The programme is 60 ECTS and can be taken full-time or part-time. The award is an årsstudium at bachelor level, delivered online. It suits people who already have leadership responsibility and those preparing for larger roles in both the private and public sectors.
