Arbeids- og organisasjonspsykologi (master)

The master's programme in work and organisational psychology trains students to understand and develop employees, leaders, groups and organisations. Students learn the role of consultant, adviser and change agent, and methods for assessing and improving leadership, group and organisational development. Emphasis falls on work environment and conflict management. Much of the programme is process- and experience-based, using group work, practical training, simulations and case work, with compulsory attendance for many courses. It is full-time, 120 ECTS, with optional fieldwork alongside the thesis and a final consultancy-style course.
