BA/BS in Ledelse av prosesser - Del 2

This part-time, one-year course deepens the first part of the leadership development programme on managing processes. It addresses how modern competence organisations build learning cultures and how public sector organisations innovate to meet new demands. Leaders learn how to lead change processes and create conditions for organisational learning, service development and knowledge development, both internally and externally. The course is delivered in gatherings from February, with the 2027 intake at Wood Hotel Brumunddal. Admission requires a passed exam in part 1. It can be credited as a course in relevant master's degrees, subject to approval by the institution offering that programme. The study fee is NOK 55,000, plus compulsory semester fees and course costs.
