The Master of Arts in Fine Art at the Scientific College of Design is a graduate programme arranged into a first and a second year. Shared courses cover art and design management, research methods, and design theory and aesthetics, with art criticism and a first specialised studio following in the opening year.
The second year adds a further specialised studio, a visual communication course, an elective and a graduate thesis project. The art and design management course links art with business activity, with attention to creative strategy and the managerial skills needed to develop art and design ventures.
