This second-cycle engineering programme in automation and robotics has more abstract content than the first cycle. Students deepen their knowledge of computer science and electronics, modelling, identification, and the design and implementation of algorithms. They also study programmable logic controllers, distributed control systems and SCADA data acquisition and supervision systems, with a larger share of theory.
Graduates receive the magister inżynier, a second-cycle degree. They can work in firms and institutions that use or offer automation and robotics systems across chemical, processing, food and energy industries, in design and implementation firms, in research institutes, or at universities.
