Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business partners with the Qatar Leadership Centre to deliver EML-Q, a custom executive degree built specifically for QLC alumni. Enrollment is limited to graduates of QLC's Executive and Rising Leaders tracks, or other QLC-approved programs, rather than being open to outside applicants. The curriculum carries AACSB accreditation and extends Georgetown's long-standing executive leadership format, reshaping it around the questions Qatar's government and private-sector leaders currently face.
Classes run as ten modules completed over ten months, a format designed for students who keep working in senior government or industry roles while studying. Each module shifts between local, regional, and global vantage points, linking coursework to the aims of the Qatar National Vision 2030. On finishing, participants are awarded a Georgetown master's degree carrying the same international recognition as the university's other leadership programs.
