Master of Engineering (Research) in Chemical and Biomedical Engineering

This research-based Master of Engineering is offered by CCEB, NTU's school for chemistry, chemical engineering and biotechnology, in the areas of chemical and biomedical engineering. It can be pursued full-time or part-time. Students carry out original research under supervision. Possible research areas include tissue engineering, green technology, separation technologies, nanotechnology catalysis and reaction engineering, and process systems engineering, with a faculty listing available for each area. The programme takes in students twice a year, in August and in January, once the school has selected and recommended them. Applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as the application portal opens for the intake they want. They need a relevant honours degree of good standing, and those whose first degree was not taught in English must show English proficiency through TOEFL or IELTS unless they can document otherwise.
