Master of Public Administration (English)

The Master of Public Administration in English is run by the Nanyang Centre for Public Administration at NTU. It examines practice in public administration across Asia, with attention to decision making, governance, and the design and implementation of policy. Teaching mixes theory with practice, and the faculty includes past politicians and high-ranking public officials. The programme works as a cross-national platform that connects and develops aspiring public administrators and leaders in Asia and further afield, and equipping them with analytical skills and practical experience across administration, management and policymaking. Applications for August 2027 admission are open from 1 October 2026 to 31 March 2027. They are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early complete applications are fast-tracked. Study can be full-time or part-time.
