Overview

The Faculty of Nursing at Ege University trains nurses at bachelor's and graduate levels. The faculty's stated mission is to prepare nurses with ethical values, effective communication, problem-solving and research skills, respect for human rights, autonomy and leadership ability. The school traces its origins to the university's foundation in 1955 and became a Faculty of Nursing by a Council of Ministers decision in 2011. The programme is taught with at least 30 percent English instruction.

Admission Requirements: Central YKS placement via ÖSYM; score type SAY; 250 places; lowest placement score 428.8 (success rank 84,784).

Application Details

Application Process: Turkish applicants list the programme among their choices (tercih) in ÖSYM's central placement after the YKS results each July; international applicants apply directly to the university's international student office under the YÖS quota, usually between May and August.
