Overview

Anesthesia is a two-year associate-degree programme that was opened in 2011 within the Vocational School of Health Services. Teaching began in the 2016-2017 academic year. Graduates earn the title sağlık teknikeri at the associate-degree level, with the programme placed at level 5 of the European Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning. Graduates have the competences of the health field of the international ISCED classification. Admission is through ÖSYM central placement using the TYT score type, with 41 places in the 2026 guide.

Application Details

Application Process: Turkish applicants list the programme among their choices (tercih) in ÖSYM's central placement after the YKS results each July; international applicants apply directly to the university's international student office under the YÖS quota, usually between May and August.
