Overview
The Art Teaching programme (Resim-İş Öğretmenliği) at Giresun University's Faculty of Education opened in 2016 as the Painting-Crafts Department, training art educators for primary and secondary schools. Its first graduates left in 2021.
Students are admitted through the ÖSYM placement base score and the university's own special talent exams. Graduates complete an eight-semester course sequence and are titled resim-iş öğretmeni.
