Overview

The Dialysis programme at İzmir Tınaztepe University is a two-year associate degree within the School of Health Services, admitting its first students in the 2024–2025 academic year. It trains technicians who provide dialysis treatment to patients with kidney failure caused by chronic kidney disease. The programme responds to the growing number of chronic kidney disease cases and prepares technicians who deliver dialysis services. Students are placed through the central national exam administered by ÖSYM. Graduates earn an associate degree and the title Dialysis Technician.

Admission Requirements: Admission through a high school diploma and the central national exam administered by ÖSYM. TYT score type; 44 places; lowest placement score 348.5 (success rank 421,459). Variants: 50% discount and full scholarship (Burslu).

Application Details

Application Process: Turkish applicants list the programme among their choices (tercih) in ÖSYM's central placement after the YKS results each July; international applicants apply directly to the university's international student office under the YÖS quota, usually between May and August.
