The Pharmacy Services associate degree programme was approved in 2020 and trains pharmacy technicians for the health sector. Pharmacy technicians dispense drugs or medical products to patients, prepare drugs under the supervision of the relevant pharmacist, and work as intermediate staff in pharmaceutical companies and drug production laboratories.
Graduates learn and apply the duties, authority, responsibility and professional ethics of the pharmacy technician profession. They can work as Pharmacy Technicians in pharmacies linked to public and university hospitals, independent pharmacies, laboratories, pharmaceutical companies and drug warehouses.
