The Marketing major is completed within the Bachelor of Business Administration. Required courses cover consumer behavior, marketing research and marketing analysis and decision making.
Students then choose electives from areas such as professional selling, advertising, sports and entertainment marketing, promotion campaigns, international marketing, brand management, digital marketing and customer analytics, or complete an emphasis in sales strategy for sports and entertainment. Declaring the major requires the standard BBA requirements.
Students work with an academic advisor to plan course sequences and track progress toward graduation. Baylor is located in Texas, and its catalog lists the courses, grade requirements and degree rules that apply to each entering year. Prospective students can review that catalog page alongside admissions guidance before deciding whether this major fits their goals.
