AA/AS in Music

The music program gives students broad exposure to theory, instrumental and vocal training, appreciation and history. Its courses prepare music majors for further study at a four-year institution and equally serve non-majors who want the knowledge to enjoy music as part of culture. This award is a direct transfer associate that follows a Major Related Program outline. Students are urged to contact potential transfer schools and advisors early so that their course choices match what those schools expect.
