Cert in Human Resources Management and Services

People starting or advancing in human resources can use this credential to learn hiring, employee development, workplace law, pay and benefits. The emphasis is on both everyday practice and underlying theory. Prerequisites mean most students need longer than one academic year. Credits transfer into the associate degree in the same discipline. The program carries 30 semester credit hours and is delivered at Beavercreek and Springfield, and online. The college lists a combined tuition and fee total of $5,709.90 for this credential, worked out at the in-state level, so books and similar supplies would be additional. Prospective students can read the full course sequence on the program page and speak with an advisor about scheduling and next steps before applying.
