BA/BS in Business Administration, Management and Operations

The Business Administration BS is an interdisciplinary major that draws on at least three applied business fields and can be shaped to fit a student's plans. It prepares students for many kinds of business careers. Students tailor their study to career goals, and partnerships with businesses support learning through research, internships and hands-on work. Starting in 2024-25, incoming first-year and transfer students can no longer select this major when applying. They are encouraged to pick an industry-specific major in the Scott College of Business, while current students can talk to their advisor about changing into this one. The interdisciplinary structure lets students sample accounting, management, marketing and other areas, though new students now enter through the more specialized majors offered by the college.
