MA/MS in Educational Administration and Supervision

This program serves people who want to lead in schools and other education-focused organizations, from PK-12 settings to museums, nonprofits and corporate learning teams. Coursework is paired with field-based learning to develop management skills and a commitment to equity. Candidates choose one of five options. The principal endorsement path leads toward the general administrative endorsement on the Illinois Professional Educator License, while a general leadership path suits those who do not need licensure. A Strategic Educational Leadership major prepares leaders for roles beyond the principalship. The program is offered at the master's and Ed.S. levels, and Florida candidates can enroll in a state-approved version. It is offered through National College of Education at National Louis University, which has locations in Chicago, Illinois and Tampa, Florida. Prospective students can ask for information, join an event or begin an application from the program page.
