AA/AS in Construction Management

The Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management builds on prior college study and is designed for students who already hold an associate degree. The catalog describes several routes in, including Pierce's own associate program in the field, a related certificate, or an advisor-reviewed educational plan based on work history. Alongside construction coursework, students complete a block of general education classes in writing, math, communication, economics and a science area. Advisors help applicants shape a customized plan and approve possible substitutions.
