BA/BS in Accounting and Related Services

The Bachelor of Science in Accounting at St. Catherine University is delivered on campus and prepares students for work in the accounting profession. Coursework spans financial reporting, auditing, taxation and managerial accounting, with attention to how financial information supports sound business choices. Students also study the ethics of financial decisions and become comfortable with accounting software and newer technologies. Internships, case studies and applied projects give them a chance to analyze financial statements and work through realistic problems under the guidance of faculty with industry backgrounds. Graduates of the degree are eligible to sit for the Certified Public Accountant exam. The program sits within the College for Women and encourages learning from women who lead in business.
